Floater Volunteers

Be available to help out with any job. You will be stationed at the Volunteer Tent and be assigned tasks as they are needed.

Arrival:

• Arrive at 6:30am and go directly to the Volunteer tent to check in. You must sign the attendance sheet in order to be eligible for the 2008 Contest. You will then be given a volunteer shirt and directed where to go

Method:

• Stay at the Volunteer Tent until the Local Marketing Coordinator or other Event Staff assign you a specific task
• Assist in tearing down all aspects of the formation area once the event is complete
• Pick up any garbage left over from that area

Departure:

• Your job will be finished at 12:00pm
