Run Route
The stunning 10K Run route traverses parts of both La Promenade du Vieux-Port and the historic Canal-Lachine National Park. The runners begin by following La Promenade du Vieux-Port for some time, before crossing onto the Canal-Lachine tracks. The runners then head back ot the staging area at the Pavillion de bassin Bonsecours and the cheering crowds at the finish line. The route is certified and sanctioned, and is not wheelchair accessible.

The Hbc Run for Canada's marquee event is a scenic 10K run. Everyone who takes part and fundraises in this exciting event is a winner, because you'll enjoy the fresh air and spectacular Canadian run routes. We have developed beautiful, scenic courses in all fifteen communities and the majority are certified and sanctioned by the appropriate Provincial Athletic Body. As a 10K participant, you'll receive a FREE Technical Running Shirt printed with your bib number (valued at $60) and commemorative 10K Finisher Medal. Run Time
Whether you're striving for a personal best or just trying your best this Canada Day, you will be provided with the use of a returnable timing chip system to record your run time at pack pick up. Timing chips will be collected at the end of the race. Failure to return your timing chip will result in additional fees.
